While working with Revlon on a cosmetic campaign, Michelle Champagne was
referred to Disney’s , "Live with Regis and Kathie Lee" show.
Fourteen years later this multiple Emmy winning makeup artist
continues to make up Regis and Kelly every morning, in addition to
the hundreds of celebrities and performers that have been guests of
the show.
Hailing from New Orleans, Michelle’s foray into makeup artistry
began at a local model and talent agency, Artist Representatives.
Multi-tasking as a booking agent and makeup artist set Michelle on
her path to New York where she was introduced into the world of
fashion.
As an agent for the prestigious Elite Model Management she worked
closely with some of the world’s top photographers. Her aesthetic
eye and enthusiasm for photography drew her back into make-up
artistry.
Years later, Michelle has evolved into a highly coveted celebrity
make-up artist who’s work has been seen in the pages of fashion
magazines, beauty campaigns, film and television.
She has painted the faces of celebrated personalities such as Cate
Blanchett, Cameron Diaz, Ashley Judd, Kerri Russell to name a few.
She works extensively with Regis Philbin on all of his projects and
has groomed Samuel L. Jackson and Keifer Sutherland for various
editorial pieces and on-air appearances.
As part of the Live Show’s " Style Team", Michelle was asked to
